Choice of:
– noir de noir truffle: a filling based on 80% grand cru chocolate with cocoa nibs, rolled in 100% cocoa
– walnut almond truffle: a walnut-based filling rolled in dark chocolate and toasted almonds
- coffee truffle: homemade milk chocolate truffle with coffee
– Champagne truffle: only prepared during autumn (from November to January)
